The Muny announced today the directors, choreographers and music directors for The Muny’s 2022 season, which opens on June 13 with the celebrated return of the 2021 hit that audiences went “Whoopee!” for, the Tony Award-winning Chicago.

This choreography originally served as the dance call for The Muny's summer production, created by choreographer William Carlos Angulo, but it has quickly become the newest TikTok dance trend, resulting in thousands of videos on the popular app and a record number of auditions for the summer season received by the popular St. Louis theatre.

Drury Lane Theatre has announced its 2021/2022 Season will begin in September 2021. Drury Lane’s 66th Season includes Evita, The King and I, Steel Magnolias, Forever Plaid, and Holiday Inn. Drury Lane Theatre’s season runs September 2021 – July 2022 at 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.

The Muny announced today the choreographers and music directors for its Muny Kids and Teens 2020 season. The Muny's flagship education programs, The Muny Kids and Teens are two of nine offerings under The Crawford Taylor Education Initiative. Muny Director of Education, Tali Allen, and Artistic Associate, Michael Baxter, will serve as Artistic Directors for the groups. Over the spring school holidays, the Circus Oz Big Top will return to Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, Melbourne Gardens to premiere the latest Circus Oz creation: Aurora directed by Circus Oz Artistic Facilitator: Kate Fryer with creative input from outgoing Circus Oz Artistic Director: Rob Tannion.
