Starring stage, film and television actress Debra Jo Rupp (That 70s Show), Dr. Ruth, All the Way will now run from June 19 through July 21 at St. Germain Stage (formerly Stage 2) at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden Street, Pittsfield.

William Finn in his remarks to the opening night audience at Barrington Stage Co said , 'I do not want to overpraise Wilbur Aronson and Sam Salmond because I would like you to discover their great talent on your own.' He also added in typical Finn fashion 'it's the only Mormon show this year you can get tickets to (and it's not really a Mormon show either). I hope you greet it with open arms and an open heart.'
Ron Abel played himself (as opposed to playing himself on Fran Dreschers new TV Show Happily Divorced) last night in his capacity as pianist/arranger/musical director for LUCIE ARNAZ in an exciting performance of her show 'My Latin Roots' at Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield, Ma.
Based upon the enthusiastic reception and standing ovations Lucie received, one would have thought her Roots were in Pittsfield Ma. Tennessee Williams? landmark play A Streetcar Named Desire will conclude the Mainstage summer season from August 6 through 29. The Mainstage fall show will be announced at a later date.
On Stage 2, receiving its world premiere is Mark St. Germain?s Freud?s Last Session from June 10 through 28. Glen Berger?s hit Off-Broadway play Underneath the Lintel will play on Stage 2 from July 8 though 26.

Barrington Stage Company Board President Mary Ann Quinson and Artistic Director Julianne Boyd announce that Richard M. Parison, Jr. has been named Barrington Stage's new Producing Director. Richard assumes this new leadership position on September 15, 2008 after acting as Associate Producer for the 2008 summer season.
