Chris Isaacson Presents has announced that Latin Grammy Award nominee Quattrosound, singer/trumpeter Johnny Britt, and comic Michael Colyar will be special guests when Grammy Award-winning recording artist and Motown legend Thelma Houston brings her show My Motown Memories & More! to the Ford Theatres in Hollywood for one show only on Sunday, August 27, at 8pm.

Two unmistakable voices that helped define an entire generation of music in America, Mary Wilson of The Supremes and Martha Reeves of The Vandellas, come together for an evening of Motown favorites at Pepperdine University's Smothers Theatre in Malibu on Saturday, October 7 at 8 p.m.

This past weekend, students in Oakland University's Project Upward Bound were in the presence of Motown greatness. Martha Reeves, leader of the famed 1960s singing group "Martha and the Vandellas," visited OU's campus to share stories from her life and career, stressing the importance of setting goals and cultivating confidence.     

Motown the Musical has just released 500,000 new tickets for sale, taking bookings for the hit West End production into 2019 when the show will celebrate its third year in London and Motown will celebrate sixty years since the record company was founded.

Critically-acclaimed country music artist Kellie Picker, legendary jazz musicians Herb Alpert and Lani Hall, Grammy-winner Shawn Colvin, and two Legendary Ladies of Motown, Mary Wilson of The Supremes and Martha Wilson & The Vandellas, are just a few of the artists set to appear at the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University during its 2017-2018 season.

The Bee Gees won 5 Grammys, including Album of the Year in the late '70's with the album SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER. The brothers three, along with Donna Summer, ushered in the disco era, and 'Stayin' Alive' became its anthem.

A quartet of highly talented singers captivate the audience with their intriguing storyline primarily told through lyrics of songs from the 1950s and 1960s. This first rate performance keeps the audience entertained from start to finish.

On this day in 2013, Motown the Musical opened at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

Motown The Musical, which recently celebrated its first birthday in London, is currently booking at the Shaftesbury Theatre to 24 February 2018. With music and lyrics from the Motown catalogue and book by Motown founder Berry Gordy, the production features a sixteen-piece orchestra playing 50 Motown tracks including Ain't No Mountain High Enough, I'll Be There, Dancing In The Street, Stop! In The Name Of Love, My Girl and I Heard It through the Grapevine. Charles Randolph-Wright's production tells the story behind the classic hits. Check out brand-new production shots below!
