Djanet Sears' provocative play Harlem Duet joins the Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival's 33rd Season in Sen̓ákw/Vanier Park. The Bard premiere of Harlem Duet runs on the Howard Family Stage in the Douglas Campbell Theatre for a limited engagement from June 15 to July 17, 2022.

MCC Theater in collaboration with African Film Festival will present the North American premiere of La femme Anjola, directed by Mildred Okwo and written by Tunde Babalola. The event will take place at MCC Theater (511 W 52nd St) on Sunday November 21 at 6pm. 

Nollywood Dreams, the first production of MCC's 2021-22 season, began previews at the Newman Mills Theater on October 21, 2021. Directed by Saheem Ali (Fires in The Mirror), Nollywood Dreams opened on November 11, 2021 and will play a limited run through November 28, 2021.

The Actors Studio Drama School 2018 Repertory Season closed its seven-week series of exciting and challenging theater productions with Boeing Boeing by Marc Camoletti, translated by Beverley Cross and Francis Evans. The season features the work of the graduating MFA Acting, Directing, and Playwriting students who collaborate on professionally produced productions presented at 3LD Art & Technology Center.

The Actors Studio Drama School 2018 Repertory Season opens with Ivy Walls, The Author's Voice, and North of Providence.

Allan Hawco has been putting in long days in the lead-up to his onstage appearance in Belleville, a play about a dysfunctional couple, on now through May 4 at Toronto's Berkeley Street Theatre.
