On Friday, 20th September, Rising Tides, announced that Oscar-winner and theatre star, Mark Rylance, has become its Patron.

Variety reports that Jeremy Strong has joined the cast of Aaron Sorkin's 'The Trial of the Chicago 7.' Previously announced cast members include Eddie Redmayne, Sacha Baron Cohen, Frank Langella, Mark Rylance and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. 

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Aaron Sorkin's 'The Trial of the Chicago 7' is back on track at Paramount Studios. The film was previously canceled by Amblin due to concerns with the budget.

Following a triumphant run in Chicago, The New York premiere of DC Fidler's play BOOGIEBAN, begins Thursday, September 5th at 8 p.m., with stars, DAVID PEACOCK and TRAVIS TEFFNER at Thirteenth Street Repertory Theater (50 W. Thirteenth Street), New York.

According to the Guardian, three-time Tony winner Mark Rylance has resigned as an associate artist with the UK's Royal Shakespeare Company due to a sponsorship deal with BP. He explained: "I do not wish to be associated with BP any more than I would with an arms dealer, a tobacco salesman or anyone who wilfully destroys the lives of others alive and unborn. Nor, I believe, would William Shakespeare."
