Magic Theatre has announced their first in-person production following the COVID shutdown: Taylor Mac’s JOY AND PANDEMIC, directed by Loretta Greco. 

Theatre Wesleyan will present the Anton Chekhov classic, Uncle Vanya, at the Thad Smotherman Theatre at Texas Wesleyan University (1205 Binkley Street, 76105) from March 26-28. This production of the play will use a 95-minute one-act adaptation translated by Eugene K. Bristow.

Magic Mike The Arena Tour will open in May 2022.  With more dancers, bigger numbers and more spectacle than ever before, this will be the first time a live performance of Magic Mike has ever been staged outside of an intimate, cabaret-style space.

Multiple Tony Award-winning musical Fun Home is making its Australian debut at Sydney Theatre Company.

Performers have been announced for 'Barrow and Ireland and Friends'. This concert will include performances by: Nikita Johal, Lucy Ireland, Ben Barrow, Olivia Lallo, Evie Rose Lane, Joe Thompson-Oubari, Emily-Mae, Christian Lunn, Ethan Marescaux, Marina Tavolieri, Kyle Birch and Aoife O'Dea.

Prescott Center for the Arts (PCA) announced today they have signed a pre-construction agreement with Prescott-based Haley Construction as the contractor on their new multipurpose Studio Theater project. The Studio Theater will be an 8,300 square-foot, two-story structure, built on the parking lot space adjacent to the current PCA administration building on North Marina St. in Prescott. There will also be an outdoor amphitheater as well.  

The festivities of the 20th anniversary begin on March 31 with the 6th edition of “Neighboring Scenes: New Latin American Cinema,” the annual festival of recent Latin American film presented by Film at Lincoln Center and Cinema Tropical.

Little & Fierce Theatre Company will present CREATE II: A Digital Reading Series, featuring 7 new plays and 40+ artists. The festival is streaming March 25-30th, and tickets are available via Eventbrite. Tickets are free to the public, with a $5 suggested donation for those attending one evening, and $10 suggested donation for a full festival pass.
