With Jennifer Lopez appearing in the new movie musical adaptation of Kiss of the Spider Woman, the rumor mill is circulating about what musical she may be seen in next.

Jennifer Lopez has released a new look at Kiss of the Spider Woman on her Instagram account. The upcoming movie musical, based on the Broadway show of the same name, is making its world premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah this weekend.

In a new interview, Jennifer Lopez commented on the success of Wicked, which has achieved enormous box office and commercial success, before discussing her new movie adaptation of Kiss of the Spider Woman.

Last week, Jennifer Lopez stopped by Live with Kelly and Mark and briefly discussed the upcoming film adaptation of Kiss of the Spider Woman, based on the hit Kander and Ebb musical. “I just finished a movie called Kiss of the Spider Woman, where it was all singing and dancing, which was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting as well,' Lopez said. Diego Luna and Tonatiuh have joined the upcoming film based on the Broadway musical. In Kiss of the Spider Woman, Diego Luna and Tonatiuh will play Valentin Arrequi and Luis Molina, respectively. Led by Jennifer Lopez, Kiss of the Spider Woman tells the story of these two men as they attempt a mental escape from the torture of their imprisonment.
