Following Macbeth in 2016 and The Tempest in 2017, Southwark Playhouse presents Twelfth Night as part of their Shakespeare For Schools programme. The aim of their annual project is to bring top-notch professional Shakespeare productions targeted to younger audiences, some of whom might be experiencing theatre for the first time in their lives.

Luke Wilson has joined the DC Universe series Stargirl, according to Deadline. Wilson is set to portray mechanic-turned-superhero Pat Dugan, who pilots Stripe, a hulking 15-foot robot of his own invention.

Amazon Studios today announced it has signed an overall television deal with Emmy Award-winning producer and director Reed Morano (The Handmaid's Tale). Morano made history by being the first woman to ever win the Emmy and DGA Award in the same year for a dramatic series - both for her work on The Handmaid's Tale and was the first woman to win an Emmy in the Drama series category in 22 years. She will exclusively work with Amazon Studios to create original series which will be made available on Amazon Prime Video in over 200 countries and territories.

Despite how a shallow mind may perceive the value of a mentally handicapped timid man or a destitute, drug-taking drifter, through Director Tom Sierchio's eyes, there's so much more to them than the biased judgments of ordinary people. 'Don't let anyone tell you that's a bad thing, cause it's not,' insists the drifter, a nameless, bonny girl (Suki Waterhouse) in between drags of a marijuana cigarette to her intellectually disabled new friend Victor (Dash Mihok) of their shared weirdness in Sierchio's poignant directorial debut, The Girl Who Invented Kissing. 'It's a good thing. Only the mediocre are always at their best and I can tell already, that ain't us.'
