The Friends of Square One Theatre, in conjunction with the Stratford Library, will continue the 17th season of its popular three-part series, “Play It Again, Square One,” on Monday, November 28 beginning at 12noon.

Stratford's Square One Theatre Company, which had been closed since March 2020, due to the pandemic, reopened on Thursday, November 3 and this weekend will complete its final performances of The Dining Room by A.R. Gurney.

The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra announces 8 new members to the Board of Directors. Members were all evaluated by the Board's Membership & Governance Committee and voted on at recent meetings of the full Board of Directors.

The Square One Theatre Company recently presented a live, staged reading of Motherhood Out Loud in the Community Room of the Milford Public Library located at 57 New Haven Avenue in Milford, Connecticut. The presentation was the Theatre's Welcoming Event for Christine Angeli, the new Director of the Milford Public Library. The special event was part of its annual Readers Theatre series underwritten by The Milford Bank.

Stratford's Square One Theatre Company concluded its twenty-third anniversary season recently announced its annual Subscriber Award-Winners. The eighteenth annual awards were announced at a recent Readers Theatre Showcase event held at the Stratford Library. The theatre's over 1,000 subscribers voted for performers in various acting categories from the company's three-play, 2012-13 season. Scroll down for a photo of the winners!

Square One Theatre continues its 23rd Season with Distracted, a provocative and poignant look at a modern family. Playwright Lisa Loomer has simultaneously written a riotously funny play as well as tackling an important social issue. She's applied her gift for blending comedy with problems caused or exacerbated by the world in which we live.
