BETSY McBRIDE, SIMON WEXLER, PAOLA HARTLEY, and KAREN SCALZITTI-KENNEDY will be members of the guest faculty for the Shreveport Dance Academy's Summer Intensive in Shreveport, Louisiana. Ms. McBride and Mr. Wexler will be teaching from July 27-31, 2020, and Ms. Hartley and Ms. Scalzitti-Kennedy will be teaching from August 3-7, 2020.

From the Vietnam War, to the 2008 recession, the Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre has been finding innovative ways to keep audiences laughing for more than six decades, and the current pandemic is no different! On March 13th the theatre announced that it would be following state and federal guidelines and canceling all live classes, performances and events until it was safe to re-open.

ZHONG-JING FANG, soloist of American Ballet Theatre, PAOLA HARTLEY, former principal dancer of Ballet Arizona, KARL CONDON, former principal dancer of the Boston Ballet, and ILYA KOZADAYEV, former soloist of the Houston Ballet will be on the Shreveport Dance Academy's Summer Intensive to be held in Shreveport, Louisiana. Zhong-Jing Fang and Paola Hartley will be on the faculty from July 23-27, 2018, and Karl Condon and Ilya Kozadayev will be on the faculty from July 30-August 3, 2018.

The Brave New Workshop Theatre (BNW) welcomes deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons to enjoy an ASL-interpreted performance of their hit sketch comedy revue 'The Polarizing Express: Dysfunction Junction' This show, interpreted by professional ASL interpreters Carlos Grant and Tarra Grammenos, will be on Friday, January 19th, 2017 at 8:00pm at the Brave New Workshop Theatre at 824 Hennepin Ave in downtown Minneapolis.
