According to Burlington-Plattsburgh WCAX-TV, Pendragon Theatre will move to a new location at 56 Woodruff Street in downtown Saranac Lake.

Black Box Acting, Chicago's premier actor training program, today announced a change in ownership. Andrew Cutler, Amanda Fink and Eric Gerard will succeed co-founders and longtime co-owners Audrey Francis and Laura Hooper. Black Box will remain at its current headquarters at 2625 W. North Ave. near Chicago's Logan Square, Wicker Park and West Town neighborhoods. Francis and Hooper will remain active in the organization.

On Monday, September 26, 2016, The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, the organization who for the past 12 years has been dedicated to celebrating Off-Off-Broadway, announced the 2016 recipients at its annual awards ceremony, The IT Awards. Hosted by a crowd favorite, Jason Kravits and directed by award winning director and sound designer, DeLisa White the ceremony took place from 7pm to 10pm at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College.

Mora Theatre regretfully announced the postponement of this fall's most exciting theatre experience, Sex Around The City, The Walking Tour of Shame today. Due to unforeseen circumstances the proposed Midtown show's September/ October run will be revised and new dates will be announced soon.
