Windham Theatre Guild Presents DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

The Windham Theatre Guild is proud to present the 2018 giant summer musical everyone's been waiting for…Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the Broadway musical, opening Friday, July 20th at the Burton Leavitt Theatre.

WILL ON THE HILL Raises $500,000 For Shakespeare Theatre Company

The West Wing's Melissa Fitzgerald, Broadway actor Heath Saunders, Emery Battis Award-winner Victoria Frings and Ken Clark, currently playing King Arthur in Camelot at STC, recently joined Members of Congress and notable Washingtonians onto the stage at Sidney Harman Hall to perform in Will on the Hill. Now in its sixteenth year, the much-loved bipartisan event took place on June 11 and raised $500,000 for the theatre's education and community outreach programs.

Shakespeare Theatre Company Extends CAMELOT Through July 8

Following its overwhelming success and the high demand for tickets the Shakespeare Theatre Company announces an extension of Lerner and Loewe's much-beloved musical Camelot. The production directed by Alan Paul will now play through July 8, 2018, at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW).

Lerner and Loewe's enduring story- a hallmark of the 'Golden Age' of musical theatre- sets the love triangle between King of Arthur (of the infamous sword in the stone), Queen Guenevere, and the knight Lancelot against the backdrop of Arthur's struggle for civilization and goodness in a world of violence, barbarism, and hatred.

Alexandra Silber to Lead CAMELOT at Shakespeare Theatre Company

Shakespeare Theatre Company today announces the cast of Lerner and Loewe's multiple Tony Award-winning musical Camelot. Directed by STC Associate Artistic Director Alan Paul (Kiss Me, Kate; Man of La Mancha), the classic musical will play at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F St NW) from May 22 through July 1, concluding STC's 2017-2018 mainstage season.

The Windham Theatre Guild is excited to present Clue: The Musical for it's next Main Stage show. This fabulous fun family musical based on the famous board game opens Friday, March 23rd at the Burton Leavitt Theatre.

Fractured Theatre @ WTG Announces Auditions for FAT PIG and CLUE: THE MUSICAL

WTG launches a new series of plays under the name of Fractured Theatre @ WTG. This series will feature well-written plays and musicals that for one reason or another don't fit into the Main Stage Season. The productions will be small and simple to start and will offer WTG performers and audience members new and exciting opportunities. The play will be Fat Pig by Neil LeBute with performances on March 2, 3, & 4, 2018.

Brittain Ashford Confirms GREAT COMET Return; Who Will Play Pierre?

Brittain Ashford took to social media to confirm she will be returning to GREAT COMET following Ingrid Michaelson's departure from the production. Rumors have been circulating about the fate of the show following the controversy of replacing Okieriete Onaodowan with Mandy Patinkin - who withdrew from the production following the outcry.

Krystina Alabado, Ken Clark and More to Lead Andy Mientus Penned BURN ALL NIGHT

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Director Diane Quinn, is pleased to present Burn All Night, with Book and Lyrics by Andy Mientus, Music by Van Hughes, Nick LaGrasta, and Brett Moses, Choreography by Sam Pinkleton, and Directed by Jenny Koons. Performances begin on Friday, August 18 and run through Friday, September 8 at OBERON, 2 Arrow Street, Cambridge.
