Matt DeAngelis and Monroe G. Scott present AGED OUT: Too Old, Too Soon at The Green Room 42 on Monday, August 6th at 7pm. #AgedOutShow features some of Broadway's finest talent performing the roles contemporary and classic children's roles they aged out of all too soon.

MacLeod, Barrett Martin, Katie Mitchell, Drew Nellessen, Beth Johnson Nicely, Brian O'Brien, Jermaine Rembert, and Michael Scirrotto), SpongeBob SquarePants (Danny Skinner, Jesse JP Johnson, Brian Ray Norris, and Jai'Len Christine Li Josey), Stomp (Alan Asuncion, Ivan Salazar, John Gavin, Josh Cruz, Kayla Cowart, Marivaldo Dos Santos, Simeon Weedall, and Taylor Lee), and Waitress (Katharine McPhee, Erich Bergen, Anastacia McCleskey, Brandon Kalm, Kayla Davion, Law Dunford, Molly Jobe, Tiffany Hobbs, and Tyrone Davis).

This week kicked off with a special performance from the cast of Waitress, including stars Katharine McPhee and Erich Bergen. Watch below as they perform 'What Baking Can Do,' 'Never Ever Getting Rid of Me,' and 'Bad Idea.'

Broadway in Bryant Park will return this summer! The 2018 program will bring the best of Broadway together for free performances for six consecutive weeks from Thursday, July 12 to Thursday, August 16. New Yorkers and visitors to the Big Apple are invited to come at 11 a.m. every Thursday with performances running from 12:30 p.m. EST - 1:30 p.m. EST on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by 106.7 LITE FM's on-air personalities, this year's annual presentation of open-air lunch hour performances featuring the best Broadway and Off-Broadway shows will be presented by your local Toyota Dealers, VISIT PHILADELPHIA and FUJIFILM Instax.

Producers Carmen Pavlovic (Global Creatures) and Roy Furman have announced additional casting for the new musical King Kong. Joining the previously announced Christiani Pitts, (A Bronx Tale) as Ann Darrow, and Eric William Morris (Mamma Mia!) as Carl Denham, will be Erik Lochtefeld (Misery, Metamorphoses) as Lumpy.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - presented the cast of Broadway's hit musical Waitress - including it's new star Katharine McPhee - celebrating the music of the show's composer Sara Bareilles in a special benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS on Sunday last night and BroadwayWorld was there.  Check out the photos below!

The producers of the hit Broadway musical Waitress have announced that Ben Thompson will join the cast in the role of Earl beginning tonight, February 27, 2018, opposite Sara Bareilles.

Directed by Gordon Greenberg, the book is by Gordon Greenberg & Steve Rosen, with music and lyrics by Michael Mahler & Alan Schmuckler, and music direction by Wendy Bobbitt Cavett.
