ABNORMAL (a new play by Scott Miesse) presented by Tessa Faye Talent, along with co-producers Kevin Martinez (Off Broadway's THE OTHER JOSH COHEN), David Lambert (Broadway's A CHRISTMAS CAROL), Shawn Arani (Broadway's A CHRISTMAS CAROL), StavisFilm LLC , Doug Anning, Kirk Isenhour, Sarah Baum, and Jon Baum opened Friday, January 17th at Theatre Row, to a sold-out house.

George Street Playhouse's Educational Touring Theatre, courtesy of a grant from Novo Nordisk, is bringing its musical comedy Austin the Unstoppable to the Houston Independent School District and faith-based organizations in Houston this fall. Austin the Unstoppable in Houston is supported by a grant from Novo Nordisk, a global leader in diabetes care.

'Casterbridge,' based on Thomas Hardy's classic Victorian novel, 'The Mayor of Casterbridge,' is a new musical theater work with book and lyrics by David Willinger and music by Christopher Beste. The 20-character, two-act musical is fairly faithful to Hardy's parable of the spiritual ups and downs of man and features a score inspired by English country music of the period. Theater for the New City will present the piece's world premiere run today, June 4 to 19, directed by Willinger.
