BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that Jason Robert Brown and Jeffrey Lesser are producing an Original Cast Recording for their upcoming production of HONEYMOON IN VEGAS, opening at Broadway's Nederlander Theatre this winter. UMe (Universal Music Enterprises) will release the album on a date to be announced.

The Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street) box office opens this Monday, October 13 for tickets to Honeymoon in Vegas. The box office hours are week of 10/13 - 10/19: Monday-Saturday, 12pm-8pm; Starting 10/20: Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm.

John Douglas Thompson will lead a company of 19 actors playing 60 roles in the first major New York production since Broadway 1956 of Christopher Marlowe's 1587 epic Tamburlaine, Parts I and II, Jeffrey Horowitz, Founding Artistic Director of Theatre for a New Audience, announced. Directed and edited by Olivier Award-winner Michael Boyd, former Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Marlowe's two-part drama will be performed as one 3.5-hour play, plus a 30-minute intermission.

Honeymoon in Vegas has announced the full Broadway Company. It is always exciting to say 'I saw the world premiere'. You will have such an opportunity if you catch the hilarious new musical My Life Is A Musical by Adam Overett running through August 31st at Sag Harbor's Bay Street Theatre. It is still in its early stages, but the enthusiastic reception seems to indicate that tickets may be in short supply as the production continues its run.
