Society for the Performing Arts (SPA) presents classical hip-hop crossover duo Black Violin in the Impossible Tour on Tuesday April 7, 2020 at 8 pm in Jones Hall. Break Science has announced a return to New Orleans for a late-night show during Jazz Fest 2020. The futuristic electronic music duo comprised of drummer Adam Deitch (Lettuce) and keyboardist/producer Borahm Lee (Pretty Lights Live Band) will hit the stage at One Eyed Jacks on Saturday, May 2nd (technically early AM May 3rd) at 2:00 a.m.

On February 10, Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe celebrated the grand opening of its newly-renovated theater. In attendance were WBTT leaders and supporters, civic and foundation leaders, and representatives from C. Alan Anderson Architect, PA and Willis Smith Construction.
