The Grand Opera House has unveiled its highly anticipated 2022-2023 Broadway in Wilmington season at The Playhouse on Rodney Square. Three Broadway shows will make their Playhouse debut this season, along with the return of three favorites, plus a holiday spectacle for the entire family.

After more than two years since its original opening night was set in 2020, Nashville Repertory Theatre’s eagerly anticipated production of Disney’s Mary Poppins – the stage musicalization of P.L. Travers’ tales of the acerbic British nanny and her oft-misbehaving charges – has finally landed on the stage of the James K. Polk Theatre at Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

Nathan R. Matthews is producing and performing in a concert for The Riverside Opera Ensemble at Merkin Hall at the Kaufman Music Center on May 16th. Tony nominee Christiane Noll (Ragtime) and Grammy winner Edward Parks (The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs) will headline the concert of new music by Dreamworks composer Drew Fornarola and Matthews himself.
