On November 29th, 2004, to commemorate World AIDS Day, one of this year's most exciting theatrical events will take place: a star-studded concert presentation of Stephen Schwartz's acclaimed musical, PIPPIN. The concert will take place at The Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom at 311 West 34th Street (at 34th and 8th Avenue) at 7PM.

On December 19th at 7pm, a coupla Broadway friends will be ringing in the season at Joe's Pub with a one-night-only concert of new holiday songs as well as invigorating takes on some of your favorite seasonal tuners. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be used to benefit God's Love We Deliver.

The Best of Broadway show was hosted by Hayley Mills, and Brad Oscar and benefitted the Only Make Believe Foundation.

As announced previously, the cast of the November 29th Concert of Stephen Schwartz's PIPPIN will include a choir of 80, full orchestra and several Broadway notables. The concert will take place at The Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom at 311 West 34th Street (at 34th and 8th Avenue) at 7PM.

Ars Nova continues the third season of its acclaimed Broadway Spotlight series with Wicked's Megan Hilty. Join Hilty for an eclectic evening of songs ranging from new composers all the way to old flops, adaptations of 80s pop favs, disco and legit art songs. Monday, November 1st at 8 PM at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street, just west of 10th Ave.).

Broadway favorites Harvey Fierstein, Dick Latessa, Euan Morton, Christiane Noll, Alix Korey, Chad Kimball, Kate Shindle, Julia Murney, Anne Runolfsson, Isabel Rose, Anika Larsen, and Bon Jovi keyboard player David Bryan will gather for a one-night only benefit for Only Make Believe, hosted by Hayley Mills and Brad Oscar, on Monday, November 1 at 7 p.m. at SHOW (135 West 41st Street). The event will be directed by Joe DiPietro, with musical direction by Seth Rudetsky.

The cast of the Nov. 29th concert will include a choir of 80, full orchestra and several stars.

Scott Siegel presented a roster of A-List Broadway singers performing hits from decades of musicals-- all unamplified.

THE ARTISTS SHOWCASE SERIES is pleased to present a reading of PIECE, a new musical with music and lyrics by SCOTT ALAN and book by TARA SMITH, and directed by Broadway actress SCHELE WILLIAMS (Rent, Aida).

ight Records founder Kurt Deutsch will gather the all-star cast of the recent Actors Fund of American benefit concert of the Galt MacDermont-Gerome Ragni-James Radio musical HAIR for a marathon all-day recording session on Friday, October 1. The recording, to be produced by Deutsch and Joel Moss, will feature the complete score and original orchestrations of the classic '60's musical. Benefit producer and musical director Seth Rudetsky will conduct the recording.
