Atlantic Theater Company has announced its 2019-2020 season productions.

Jarrott Productions will hold auditions for its Season V opener, Joshua Harmon's ADMISSIONS, on Friday, June 7th from 7-10pm at the St. Austin Catholic Parish at 21st & Guadalupe.

Theater Wit's critically acclaimed Chicago premiere of Joshua Harmon's Admissions, a scathingly funny, scarily timely new satire about the college admissions process and racial diversity in private schools, has been extended through June 9.

Seattle Public Theater is thrilled to announce its 2019/20 Season full of nationally recognized playwrights and award-winning titles all with superb conversations at their core.  Our season includes the delicious satire The Thanksgiving Play by Larissa Fasthorse;  Joshua Harmon's Admissions, a dramedy that takes an extremely timely look at the privilege of getting into college; Pipeline by Dominque Morisseau, a deeply moving story of a mother's fight to give her son a future; and the achingly human and often humorous Cost of Living by Martyna Majok, winner of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

Geffen Playhouse and Audible will co-produce Nightfall for the Los Angeles theater's 2019/2020 season, it was announced today. Written by Marisela Treviño Orta (The River Bride, Braided Sorrow, Wolf at the Door) as part of Audible's Emerging Playwrights Fund, Nightfall will make its world premiere in Geffen's Audrey Skirball Kenis Theater in February and marks the completion of the Geffen Playhouse 2019/2020 season lineup.

Actor's Express announces its 32nd Season of thought-provoking contemporary theatre. The season begins in September 2019 with Joshua Harmon's Skintight directed by Actor's Express Artistic Director Freddie Ashley. Straight from its star-studded world premiere at Roundabout Theatre Company, this scathing comedy hilariously excoriates America's obsession with youth, sex and physical beauty. 

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) has just announced the world premiere of Exception to the Rule, by Dave Harris, directed by Miranda Haymon. This production was part of the 2019 Roundabout Underground Reading Series and will begin performances on April 30, 2020.

The Actor Therapy Master Series allows up-and-coming performers to see an interview, master class, and open Q&A with their favorite artists. Our next master teaching artist will be KRYSTA RODRIGUEZ, produced by Tony-Award Winner LINDSAY MENDEZ and World-Renowned Composer RYAN SCOTT OLIVER; hosted by Actor Therapy's Director of Events MATHIEU WHITMAN.

San Francisco Playhouse presents Joshua Harmon's Significant Other, the penultimate play of its 2018-19 Season. After its Off-Broadway premiere at the Roundabout Theatre Company in New York City in May 2015, and a successful Broadway production at the Booth Theatre in spring 2017, Significant Other is making its Bay Area premiere. Lauren English will direct.

Now in its Chicago debut at Theater Wit under the direction of Artistic Director Jeremy Wechsler, Joshua Harmon's ADMISSIONS is entirely prescient. The play takes a critical look at both prep school and college admissions, and the lengths to which people will go to have their children admitted. The play also asks keen, complicated questions about white privilege, racism, and how we should now be deciding who gets a seat at the table.

The Final production of the 2018/2019 season will be Significant Other by Joshua Harmon.  April 10-27, 2019 in the intimate Jurkowitz Theatre, directed by Katie Laris.
