Comedy Central today released the official trailer for its next great sketch series, Alternatino with Arturo Castro, premiering on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:30pm ET/PT. This summer, creator, writer and star Arturo Castro (Broad City, Narcos) tackles more than 45 characters in sketches over ten episodes that showcase his perspective on relationships, everyday awkward moments and much more. Each episode in addition to the sketches has a scripted narrative thread that features a heightened version of Arturo as he goes about daily life as a Latin millennial.

Fuse Media, a multiplatform entertainment media brand for Latino and multicultural youth, today unveiled the slate of linear and digital programming it is presenting to advertisers during its 2019-2020 upfront meetings.  This includes an expansion of the company's successful strategy of leveraging both homegrown original and acquired content that was initially launched on digital platforms, to develop new shows for its linear channels.

Coming to Sky One from Wednesday March 6th, a brand-new topical comedy series, Comedians Watching Football With Friends.

The Russell Howard Hour has been commissioned for a further series three and four whist the second series is currently on air until Thursday 28th February on Sky One. The first series of the topical entertainment show, which sees Russell Howard offer his unique and acclaimed perspective on news and current affairs, was the most successful new non-scripted entertainment series to launch on the channel since 2010 and had over 100 million views across social media. The third, fourteen-part series (14 x 60') will go into production in autumn 2019.

 2 DOPE QUEENS, featuring the hit comedy duo of Jessica Williams and Phoebe Robinson, returns to HBO next month for a second series of four themed hour-long specials adapted from the hit podcast of the same name. Taped again in front of a live audience at Kings Theatre Brooklyn anddirected by Sandra Restrepo, the first special debuts FRIDAY, FEB. 8 (11:00 p.m.-midnight ET/PT), exclusively on HBO, followed by three more shows subsequent Fridays at the same time. Guests include Lupita Nyong'o (“Black Panther,” Oscar® winner for “12 Years a Slave”), Daniel Radcliffe (the Harry Potter films), Janet Mock (“Surpassing Certainty”), Lizzo (“Coconut Oil,” “Big Grrrl Small World”) and Keegan-Michael Key (“Key & Peele”).

  LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER will return for its sixth season SUNDAY, FEB. 17 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO.

It was announced today that Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner 2018 Rose Matafeo's brand new three-part comedy Blaps series Rose Matafeo: Temp will premiere on Channel 4's All4 and Youtube on Friday 21st December.

Freeform has picked up “Everything's Gonna Be Okay” to series with a 10-episode order. From “Please Like Me” creator, writer and comedian Josh Thomas, and produced by Avalon Television and Freeform, the half-hour comedy introduces Nicholas (Josh Thomas), a neurotic 25-year-old still living at home with his single dad and two teenage half-sisters, one of which has autism. He is not particularly helpful in raising his siblings, but when their dad becomes terminally ill, the girls have to cope with not only a devastating loss but also the realization that Nicholas is the one who will have to hold it all together.

Written by and starring Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan, Catastrophe has received universal critical acclaim and a raft of awards since launching in 2015.  All three series have a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes (representing the percentage of professional critic reviews that are positive for a given film or TV show) while series three launched on Channel 4 in 2017 to its biggest audience to date.

Topics include President Trump's reaction to the wildfires in California, Brexit and the rise of authoritarian leaders in the United States and around the world.

Topics include the final run-up to the midterm elections and the government's immigration policies, including the impact of family separation.

On last nights episode of 'Last Week Tonight,' John Oliver discusses how State Attorneys General have become major partisan players in national politics. He goes on to tell viewers that the races to elect them are worth Americans attention.

Russell Howard returns to our screens to offer his unique and acclaimed perspective on news and current affairs with a highly anticipated second series of The Russell Howard Hour on Thursday 8th November at 10pm on Sky One. The last series of the Sky original and Avalon production was the most successful new entertainment series to launch on the channel since 2010 and had over 100 million views across social media as a result of multiple segments going viral such as: a passionate backing of the British police (10 million views),  a dive in to the insanity of our housing crisis (9 million views) and an insight in to the impact of social media on teenage girls (7 million views).
