Michael Feinstein is about to once again burnish his long-held reputation as a leading interpreter of the music of the iconic composer and his lyricist brother – the team responsible for songs like “Fascinating Rhythm,” “They Can’t Take That Away from Me,” “The Man I Love,” and many more – when he brings “Two Pianos: Who Could Ask for Anything More?” to Boston’s Symphony Hall, May 31–June 1, and Tanglewood in Lenox, Massachusetts, on July 18.

Writer and composer Khiyon Hursey will make his London debut this summer on Thursday 20 July at The Other Palace Studio, showcasing his work from stage musicals, films, upcoming productions and shows in development.

Goodspeed Musicals has announced the cast for the world premiere musical comedy Summer Stock, the second production of its 60th anniversary season. Filled with exuberant dance numbers and hits from the American songbook, it is adapted from the MGM/Warner Bros. film Summer Stock and will appear on the Goodspeed stage from July 7 – August 27 in East Haddam, Connecticut.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the New York debut of the musical revue “Hooray for Hollywood!” on Thursday, June 15 at 8:30 PM.

The Johnny Mercer Foundation’s (JMF) Songwriters Project will once again convene in-person June 18 to 24 at Northwestern University, continuing an 18-year partnership with the American Music Theatre Project (AMTP). 

Foresight Theatrical, a leading Broadway general management company, under the supervision of partners Allan Williams, Aaron Lustbader and Mark Shacket, has named Lane Marsh as Director of Operations.  Marsh, also a general manager at FST, has been with the company since its formation in 2012.   The FST partners also announced that Nick Ginsberg and Jalaina Ross have been promoted to general managers.
