In our latest scripted show Wicket, we take the classic Star Wars tale, and retell it from the Ewoks' perspective. Taking the concept of a revisionist history of a classic tale (similar to Wicked telling another side of the story of The Wizard of Oz), Wicket provides a completely new interpretation of what was going on in Star Wars. If you've ever wondered "Where did Ewoks come from?" or "How can they be so cute but also so deadly?" or "How does a primitive teddy bear society have the ability to seamlessly use advanced technology with absolutely no training?" … Wicket will answer all!  Prepare for the cutest, cuddliest and deadliest creatures as they sing and dance to share their story of what was really going on in the Galactic Federation.

A founding resident company of The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia (COP) announces its 2017-2018 Season. From September 2017 through May 2018, the Chamber Orchestra will perform six programs as part of its subscription series. All six concert pairs will be performed in the Kimmel Center's intimate Perelman Theater.

The New York Philharmonic will present the World Premiere of Star Wars Film Concert Series, September 15-October 7, 2017, featuring screenings of four complete films from the saga - A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, and The Force Awakens - with Oscar-winning composer John Williams's musical scores performed live to film. The concerts will be led by acclaimed conductor David Newman.

Ruth Eckerd Hall announces Star Wars Live In Concert with The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra performing A New Hope, the Oscar-winning composer John Williams' musical score live to film on Tuesday, October 10 at 8 pm.  Tickets go on sale Saturday, August 19 at noon.

The Harry Potter Film Concert Series returns to the Ohio Theatre with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the second film in the Harry Potter series. The Columbus Symphony will perform John Williams' entire unforgettable score live to picture while the film plays in high-definition above them on a 40-foot screen.

Beginning in the 2017/2018 season, The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia will be orchestra-in-residence at the Annenberg Center.
