Kinky Boots producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that David Cook ("American Idol" Winner, 7th Season) will return to the role of 'Charlie Price' in the Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) beginning on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. He will play a limited run through Sunday, September 9, 2018. Cook succeeds Tyler Glenn (lead singer of the multi-platinum rock band, Neon Trees) who will play his last performance on Sunday, July 15, 2018.

Broadway In Chicago and TROIKA Entertainment are thrilled to announce that back by popular demand, KINKY BOOTS, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony Award-winner for Best Score for KINKY BOOTS), will return to Chicago at Broadway In Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W. Three-time Tony Award nominee and Laurence Olivier Award winner Andy Karl will star as 'Edward Lewis' in PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL on Broadway. Karl will assume the role from Steve Kazee who departs the production for family reasons.
