A sold-out benefit performance of the landmark show THE NIGHT LARRY KRAMER KISSED ME on May 20, 2013, raised a remarkable $66,025 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Sero Project. The re-imagined work was transformed from a one-man show into one featuring an all-star ensemble cast.

The 7pm concert will feature the songs of Adele.
Tony Award-winning producer Junkyard Dog Productions (Memphis) has just announced that leading man Zachary Levi, star of TV's 'Chuck,' Disney's feature film Tangled and the upcoming Thor: The Dark World, will make his Broadway debut starring opposite Broadway and television ingenue Krysta Rodriguez ('Smash,' The Addams Family) in First Date, Broadway's new romantic musical comedy. With a book by Austin Winsberg ('Gossip Girl'), music and lyrics by Alan Zachary and Michael Weiner (Secondhand Lions, Twice Charmed) and musical staging by Josh Rhodes (Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella) First Date is directed by Bill Berry (Producing Director of The 5th Avenue Theatre). Featuring Sara Chase ('Arrested Development,' The Toxic Avenger), Kristoffer Cusick (Wicked, Rent), Blake Hammond (Sister Act, Billy Elliot) and Kate Loprest ('Boardwalk Empire,' Hairspray), the cast of First Date also includes Vicki Noon (Wicked, Mamma Mia!). First Date begins performances Tuesday, July 9, 2013, and opens Thursday, August 8, 2013, at Broadway's Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street). Additional casting to be announced shortly.

Luis Bravo's internationally acclaimed entertainment phenomenon Forever Tango, will return to the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 W 48thStreet), its original Broadway home, for ten weeks only with performances beginning Tuesday, July 9, 2013 through Sunday, September 15, 2013 and an official opening set for Sunday, July 14, 2013. Five-time Grammy Award-winner Gilberto Santa Rosa will star as the first special guest star for the first three weeks of the engagement. Future vocalist casting will be announced at a later date. Tickets will go on sale to the general public starting Tuesday, May 28, 2013.

Dolly looks swell as ever as Goodspeed Musicals brings everyone's favorite meddlesome matchmaker to its main stage. Hello, Dolly! will run from June 28 - September 8 at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, Conn. Official Press Opening will be July 17, 2013.Leading the cast in the role of Dolly Levi will be cabaret diva Klea Blackhurst. Ms. Blackhurst is best known for her award-winning tribute to Ethel Merman, Everything the Traffic Will Allow, which she has performed in venues across the U.S. and in London. She was most recently seen in Happy Huntingat The York Theatre. She also created the role of Miss Lemon in the new musical The Nutty Professor, which premiered this past summer in Nashville.

According to The Stage, original Broadway cast members Colman Domingo and Forrest McClendon will reprise their roles of Mr Bones and Mr Tambo respectively, in The Scottsboro Boys at the Young Vic this Fall. The production is set to run October 18 through November 23.
