The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), the world's first child protection agency, held its annual fall benefit on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at The Metropolitan Club in Manhattan. This year, The NYSPCC's benefit was their Inaugural Wine Dinner. The 215 guests, dressed in festive attire, enjoyed an extraordinary menu designed by renowned chef, Jonathan Waxman, of Barbuto, and featured excellent wines from the Napa Valley winery, Tournesol. The cocktail hour kicked off the evening with wine tasting tables sponsored by Bespoke, Far Niente, Millbrook Vineyards and Winery, OneHope and Premier Cru Wine Merchants. School of American Ballet's Workshop Benefit Raises Over $820,000

The School of American Ballet's Workshop Performance Benefit 2013 at SAB on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 honored Peter Martins' and Kay Mazzo's 30th Anniversary with the School and raised more than $820,000 for scholarships and school programs. The evening began with cocktails at 5:30pm, followed by the presentation of Mae L. Wien Awards for Outstanding Service to Mr. Martins and Ms. Mazzo respectively by Kate D. Levin, commissioner of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and Sterling Hyltin, New York City Ballet Principal Dancer.

At this year's ARTrageous Gala, more than 500 supporters gathered at Cipriani Wall Street to raise funds and awareness for the over 16,000 foster children in New York City. The money raised from the ARTrageous event benefits Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families (EGSCF). For more than 85 years, this non-profit organization has been serving and protecting children residing in foster care in New York City. Over the past decade ARTrageous has been a huge success, raising more than $15 million. Today, EGSCF is one of the top Foster Care Agencies in New York City.
