Stagecrafters Theatre has announced a star-studded gala at Playhouse Square on August 19 in honor of its 50th anniversary.

New York City based theatre podcast, Your Program Is Your Ticket, was recently in Chargin Falls, Ohio for the benefit performance of Broadway Comes to Chargin! The star-studded gala paid tribute to community theatres with proceeds from the benefit going towards The Chargin Valley Little Theatre (CVLT).

Tony-Award winning actress, LaChanze, has been hard at work on her new EP 'Feeling Good' and is gearing up for a national tour that will share the music of her heart and soul. Before hitting the road, LaChanze will treat New Yorkers to a special performance at the Highline Ballroom on Monday, February 27th to celebrate the release of her EP on Friday, February 24th, 2017.

Submissions Only, Broadway's favorite behind-the-scenes sitcom, has collaborated with creative studio dirty sugar in the production of promotional images, just in time for the release of the Season Finale on April 27th. While calling the recent entertainment at The Triad Erotic Broadway may carry the same lack of appropriateness as expressed in the traditional arguments against the moniker Holy Roman Empire (It's really more 'cute and sexy' than erotic and the material's ties to Broadway are sporadic at best.), the cheery and playful variety show directed and choreographed by Tricia Brouk offers bouncy fun for all (legal) ages.
