At this weekend's UK premiere of HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD, Potter scribe JK Rowling revealed to Reuters that the story will mark the final chapter in the wizardry tale.

The eighth story in the Harry Potter series, and the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage, is one play presented in two parts. Both parts are intended to be seen in order on the same day (matinee and evening) or on two consecutive evenings.

The Off-Broadway premiere of Elda Cusick's new play, Austin, will begin a limited engagement on Saturday July 23rd at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). Ed Setrakian directs a cast that stars Thomas G. Waites ('OZ'), James McCaffrey ('Rescue Me'), Rochelle Bostrom, AJ Cedeño, and Michaela Waites. Opening Night is set for August 4th. Austin will play a limited run through September 10th only.

In the final set of Charlie Gray's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child portraits are Alex Price who will play Draco Malfoy and Anthony Boyle who will play Scorpius Malfoy. Previews for Part One of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will begin on 7 June with previews of Part Two starting 9 June 2016.
