JK Rowling Confirms HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD Will Mark End of Series

By: Aug. 01, 2016

At this weekend's UK premiere of HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD, Potter scribe JK Rowling revealed to Reuters that the story will mark the final installment of the franchise.

The play, which picks up the POTTER tale 19 years later, features the wizard as a 37-year-old overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic and the father of three.

Rowling told Reuters, "He goes on a very big journey during these two plays and then, yeah, I think we're done. This is the next generation, you know. So, I'm thrilled to see it realized so beautifully but, no, Harry is done now." Watch the interview HERE
