In celebration of the 60th anniversary of James Bond on the silver screen, the 14 remaining couples will perform dances to iconic songs from the James Bond franchise for week three of the mirrorball competition. “Bond Night” will open with a special pro performance to “Live and Let Die” by Paul McCartney & Wings.
The professional dancers will kick off “Elvis Night” with a high-energy performance to “Also Sprach Zarathustra” / “Don’t Be Cruel” choreographed by Jemel McWilliams. The evening will be split into three chronological acts, each exploring a different period of Elvis’s career: from his early days in rock music, through his Hollywood era.
Wayne Brady, Jordin Sparks, and more will be joined by a Real Housewife, a Bachelorette and a drag queen superstar, and more in season 31 of Dancing With the Stars. Roselyn Sanchez joins the previously announced Liza Koshy, Ciara and Billy Porter in joining Ryan Seacrest for the annual countdown. The production has also recruited Reggaeton superstar and San Juan native Daddy Yankee for the celebration to give a spectacular hometown performance.
Billy Porter, who co-hosted last year from Times Square, will return to New Orleans as co-host to shepherd the Central Time Zone countdown. Billy co-hosted from New Orleans in 2019. He joins Ryan Seacrest, Liza Koshy, and Ciara for the 2022 countdown.
