Circle Players continues to celebrate of its 2018-19 season with tonight's opening of Hair, the 1969 tribal love-rock musical that made musical theater history with its premiere 50 years ago. Directed by Jason Lewis and choreographed by Tosha Pendergrast, the eagerly anticipated production features a cast of Nashville's favorite actors, with Nicholas Page as Claude.
1812 Productions will present the American premiere of Tom Wells' comedy Broken Biscuits. Named for the boxes of broken cookies in every cupboard in England, Broken Biscuits premiered in Newcastle upon Tyne before touring the UK in 2016. Broken Biscuits stars a trio of young artists making their 1812 debuts, Amanda Jill Robinson, Leigha Kato, and Michael Macri. Broken Biscuits will play October 4th thru the 28th at Plays & Players Theatre, 1714 Delancey Street in Center City. Opening night will be Wednesday, October 10th at 7:00pm.

Yuka Kawazu's Danse En L'Air bring Love & Memory, an evening of original dance works inspired by the paintings of Meeke Mutter, to Ballet Arts at New York City Center (130 W 56 Street, Floor 6) on October 14, at 7:30pm.
