Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiographical family drama, Long Day's Journey Into Night, is widely regarded as one of the most powerful American plays of the 20th century.

Considered one of the most powerful American plays of the 20th century, LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT is currently playing a strictly limited 10 week West End season at Wyndham's Theatre from 27 January to 7 April before transferring to Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) Harvey Theater (8-27 May) and the Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts in Los Angeles (8 June - 1 July).

Though a long journey indeed, Richard Eyre's is a vital revival, giving vigour to Eugene O'Neill's mighty, semi-autobiographical work and making all the more poignant this tormented but fast-talking family's gradual dwindling into a despairing silence.

This spring, Candoco Dance Company will present the London premiere of Face In from multi-award-winning and internationally recognised choreographer Yasmeen Godder. Face In was originally commissioned by Stine Nilsen and Pedro Machado who recently stepped down as Artistic Co-Directors of Candoco.

New Adventures has announced that Matthew Bourne's 'THE CAR MAN' is now available on DVD, with a Blu-Ray release set for Monday 11 December 2017, produced by Illuminations. The company has also revealed that Matthew Bourne's 'CINDERELLA,' filmed live at Sadler's Wells, will be broadcast on the BBC over the Christmas period ahead of a worldwide cinema release from February 2018.

Sheffield's award-winning Forced Entertainment makes its HOME debut in association with Contact with three performances of its acclaimed production Real Magic, which has wowed audiences across Europe, including the Edinburgh Festival, La Bastille in Paris, and the Festspiele's Theatreffen in Berlin. The production runs Today 29 November - Friday 1 December 2017.

Following a critically acclaimed run at in the Ustinov Studio in November 2016, Trouble in Mind runs in Notting Hill now through 14th October 2017, directed by Laurence Boswell with Tanya Moodie in the lead role of Wiletta Mayer. Today (4 August 2017) Michael Harrison and David Ian, Producers of the West End production of Annie announced that from 18 September to 26 November 2017, Craig Revel Horwood will join the West End Company to play the role of Miss Hannigan for 10 weeks.

???????New Adventures are delighted to announce the tour dates for the much-anticipated return of Matthew Bourne's "CINDERELLA".

The National Theatre has today announced that Lizzy Watts will take the title role of Hedda Gabler which, following a sold-out run at the National Theatre earlier this year, begins a UK tour on 2 October.  Beginning at Theatre Royal Plymouth, the tour will journey across the UK to Edinburgh, Leicester, Salford, Norwich, Hull, Aberdeen, Northampton, Glasgow, Wolverhampton, Woking, Nottingham, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, York and Milton Keynes.

This seems to be the year of Twelfth Night, with the National Theatre's production recently closing and several other touring companies taking it on. But what better place to bring it to life than the Globe, in Emma Rice's 'Summer of Love'? It now plays alongside Daniel Kramer's Romeo and Juliet, making it the first of Shakespeare's comedies being performed there this season.
