EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, devised, directed and choreographed by Matthew Bourne returns to the UK in its first major revival. The show will tour the UK from Monday 10 November 2014 - Saturday 24 March 2015 with a six week season at Sadler's Well's this Christmas from Tuesday 2 December 2014 - Sunday 11 January 2015.

Michael Harrison and David Ian have announced a brand new production of the musical 'ANNIE' starring Craig Revel Horwood as 'Miss Hannigan'. 'ANNIE' will open on Saturday 11 July 2015 at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle before embarking on a year-long tour.

Rehearsals have now started, for the Gershwins' Porgy and Bess which will run at Regents Park Open Air Theatre from 17 July to 23 August with Opening Night for press on 28 July. Celebrated as a landmark piece of American theatre with iconic songs including 'Summertime', 'I Got Plenty of Nothing', 'I Loves You Porgy' and 'It Ain't Necessarily So', Porgy and Bess will be directed by Regents Park Open Air Theatre's Artistic Director Timothy Sheader, with a book adapted by Suzan-Lori Parks and a musical score adapted by Diedre L. Murray.

NEW ENGLISH BALLET THEATRE come to London. With five performances at the Peacock Theatre and two at Canary Wharf's hidden gem of a theatre, Lanterns Studio Theatre, NEBT will present TRYST: DEVOTION and BETRAYAL, a varied and compelling evening performed by NEBT dancers and guest musicians with sets and costumes by rising designers.

The Royal Shakespeare Company, Miami's Gablestage, and The Public Theater recently teamed up for a new production of Shakespeare's ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA. This unique company has been cast in both the U.S. and the U.K., and comprises five actors from each country to make up the cast of Shakespeare's historical play of love and politics. Director Tarell Alvin McCraney has decided to put a new spin on this classic play, and he has set it in the late 1700s against the backdrop of Saint-Domingue, on the eve of the Haitian Revolution against the French, bringing to light vivid historical parallels with the story of Antony and Cleopatra. This exciting new production has already had two successful runs in Stratford-upon-Avon and Miami, and will begin its final run in New York at The Public Theater on February 18. Part of the international collaboration between The Public Theater, the Royal Shakespeare Company, and Miami's GableStage, ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA features Jonathan Cake as Antony and Joaquina Kalukango as Cleopatra and is directed and edited by Tarell Alvin McCraney. This Shakespearean tragedy, fresh from engagements in Stratford-upon-Avon and Miami's Colony Theatre, begins performances on February 18 and will run through March 23 in The Public's Anspacher Theater, with an official press opening on March 5. Ahead of a performance by cast members on next Monday's broadcast of the Royal Variety Performance, Stage Entertainment and Syco Entertainment have announced full casting for I CAN'T SING!, the brand new musical comedy from Harry Hill & Steve Brown which opens in the West End next Spring.

Director Richard Eyre's adaptation of Ibsen's GHOSTS, running at The Almeida Theatre now through 23 November, will transfer to Trafalgar Studios beginning 9 December 2013, according to the Daily Mail.

The National Theatre's internationally acclaimed smash-hit comedy One Man, Two Guvnors will complete its West End run on 1 March 2014, prior to a UK and Ireland tour beginning in May 2014. One Man, Two Guvnors, which has been seen by over one million people worldwide and will be the longest running show at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in almost 200 years, will have played almost 900 London performances when it completes its West End run.

On 23 September 2013, having travelled over 25,500 miles worldwide and performed almost 500 times as loveable chancer Francis Henshall, Owain Arthur returns to the Theatre Royal Haymarket to lead the cast in One Man, Two Guvnors, the National Theatre's internationally acclaimed smash hit comedy.
