Internationally acclaimed psychological illusionist Derren Brown has announced his first-ever cast for his brand-new show UNBELIEVABLE, which opens in London's West End at the Criterion Theatre, Piccadilly Circus on 19 September 2023. The Boy With Two Hearts, as featured on BBC Radio 4's Book of the Week, has been adapted by Phil Porter for the stage from the book of the same name by Hamed Amiri. It tells the incredible true story of the Amiri family and Hamed's elder brother, Hussein, whose heart condition made their journey to the UK all the more critical.

Following last year's rousing production of Pericles, the National Theatre's Public Acts scheme has returned this summer with As You Like It. It's adapted by Shania Taub and Laurie Woolery, with music and lyrics also by Taub, and directed by Douglas Rintoul. BroadwayWorld sat down with Beth Hinton-Lever, a professional actor playing Jacques, and Jackie, one of the community cast, to discuss why Public Acts is important for society today and how the 100-strong cast encourages audiences to reread Shakespeare's classic comedy in a new, dappled light.
