Second Stage will offer simulcasts of its upcoming Broadway production of Stephen Adly Guirgis’ BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY, directed by Austin Pendleton, for the final two weeks of its run, January 31 – February 12, 2023, allowing theater fans who aren’t able to attend in person the opportunity to witness a live Broadway performance from home.

The season features the premiere of Great Performances: Intimate Apparel, which is available to stream now, and the premiere of Great Performances: Richard III from The Public Theater’s Free Shakespeare in the Park; Josh Groban’s Great Big Radio City Show with Cyndi Lauper, Deneé Benton, and Tiler Peck; and more.

Global K-Pop stars NCT 127 makes an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” airing Tuesday, October 11, along with an audience filled with their fans. The Finborough Theatre has appointed Milla Jackson as its first-ever Development Director.

The Alex Theatre will kick off its new screening series “The Alex Picture Show” with a Halloween weekend “Hocus-Focus Film Festival.” In support of local, rising filmmakers, the festival will pair each celebrated feature with a short horror film.

Robin Gerber’s play  The Shot, directed by  Michelle Joyner, will get a New York presentation as part of the 2022 United Solo Festival, starring multi-award-winning actress  Sharon Lawrence. Performances begin on  October 27.

On The View, Goldberg revealed to her Sister Act co-star Kathy Najimy that Sister Act 3 'is happening' and that she will be getting a script at the end of the month.
