Brimming with Hitchcockian noir and soaked in blood and intrigue, The Rep’s Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express excels in every possible way. Great performances, a smart use of projections, gorgeous costumes and a must-see set design come together for a vivid interpretation of Christie’s classic thriller.

‘Second Variety’ follows the critically acclaimed 2019 album ‘Handfuls Of Night’, which was inspired by Arthur Jeffes’ expedition where he re-created famous explorer Scott’s last Antarctic trip in 1911. This was followed by the 10th anniversary reissue of their debut album, titled ‘A Matter of Life… 2021’.

La MaMa is presenting A SCREAM IN THE DARK, a world premiere solo play by Brazil’s Companhia Nova de Teatro that investigates the military dictatorship and censorship in Brazil (1964-1985).

Everybody say yeah! It's that time of year when multiple productions start opening after spending the colder winter months inside. For the spring, Des Moines Playhouse has opened its production of "Kinky Boots." While the musical is fun and had the audience on their feet at the end, the show's message couldn't be more timely.

Stolen Shakespeare Guild, Fort Worth's classical theater company, presents Harvey, by Mary Chase, which received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1945. The production is directed by Staci Cook and runs April 14 – April 30, 2023 at Arts Fort Worth.

Excellent two hander , written and directed by Tanya M. Wheeler, made its world premiere at THE PUMPHOUSE THEATRE on Wednesday 22 March. Sounding very much like authentic conversation, it's a very moving and inspiring narrative about two women who find solace and support through a desire to move forward in their lives.
