Fern Kershon and Orange Thought Productions will present Heart of the City, a new play by Eric Lane, directed by Martha Banta, featuring Eliza Foss, Scott Kerns, Marcia Jean Kurtz, Martin LaPlatney, Melissa Miller and Mark Setlock. Performances will begin Thursday June 11th at the Theatre at 30th Street, for a limited engagement.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director), in association with Sonia Friedman Productions and Ostar Productions presents Sienna Miller as 'Miss Julie' and Jonny Lee Miller as 'John', both of whom will be making their Broadway debuts, in the American premiere of playwright Patrick Marber's drama After Miss Julie, a version of Strindberg's Miss Julie, directed by Mark Brokaw.

Geva Theatre Center is gearing up for the What's Next: Festival of New Theatre (formerly known as Hibernatus Interruptus) which offers audiences the rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a play in progress as well as the chance to talk to the playwrights about their work. Over the eleven days, each of the plays in the festival will undergo an intensive workshop and will then be presented in script-in-hand performances.

Jessica L. Andrews has announced that she is stepping down from her role as Arizona Theatre Company?s Executive Director at the close of the 2008-2009 Season. Jessica Andrews will continue to work with Arizona Theatre Company on a consultant basis, contributing to ATC?s short and long-term goals. Kevin E. Moore will continue to serve as Arizona Theatre Company?s Managing Director, working closely with Artistic Director David Ira Goldstein.

Tony Award-winning playwright Richard Greenberg's Our Mother's Brief Affair will receive its World Premiere at South Coast Repertory as part of the theater's 12th annual Pacific Playwrights Festival. Commissioned by SCR and directed by Pam MacKinnon, Our Mother's Brief Affair will run April 3 through May 3, 2009 on the Segerstrom Stage. A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed repertory theatre company, stages Henrik Ibsen?s Ghosts, a haunting tale of unrequited passion, revelation and horror, which opens Saturday, March 21 and runs through Saturday, May 9, 2009 (previews begin Saturday, March 14).
