Netflix has ordered the limited drama series, 'Behind Her Eyes,' based on the best-selling book by Sarah Pinborough,

Virginia Repertory Theatre announces the company of the second production of the 2018/19 Children's Season, Huck and Tom and the Mighty Mississippi, opening Today, January 25, 2019, at the Children's Theatre at Willow Lawn. Based on the classic adventure novels by Mark Twain, follow our young heroes, Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer, in a footstompin' musical adventure down the Mississippi River.

Modern World is the second album from 26-year-old Iowa native Max Jury, set for release by Marathon Artists on May 31. The follow up to 2016's critically acclaimed, self-titled debut, Modern World is a graceful, sophisticated and truly contemporary body of work, brimming with Jury's vast and eclectic range of influences. It is an album about life, friendship and facing each day with a renewed clarity. 

Celebrity rap battle series Drop the Mic and classic game show reboot Snoop Dogg Presents The Joker's Wild will return to television on Wednesday, January 23rd at 10:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT) respectively, on TNT. Both shows will encore the following night each week on TBS.

Jason Momoa, who rocketed to superstardom in Justice League (2017) and Aquaman (in theaters now), will attend Wizard World New Orleans on Friday and Saturday, January 4-5, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Momoa will greet fans, sign autographs and pose for photo ops.

On its tenth anniversary, New York City Mayor, Ed Koch, named the Cornelia Street Cafe 'a culinary as well as a cultural landmark.' Now that landmark will close its doors at 29 Cornelia Street for good on January 2, 2019. A year ago, The New York Times reported that the Cafe was in trouble, with a soaring rent threatening closure. An official reason for the shuttering has not been revealed, but according to DNAInfo, landlord Mark Scharfman is 'a frequent fixture on various 'Worst Landlord' lists.'

Comedy Central today announced talent and taping information for 12 new half-hour specials, 10 for Season 3 of its Comedy Central Stand-Up Presents... half-hour series and two under the Amy Schumer Presents banner.
