The John W. Engeman Theater has announced the cast and creative team for WHITE CHRISTMAS. Performances begin on Thursday, November 11, 2021, and run through Sunday, January 2, 2022.

Carnegie Hall has announced that Anne M. Finucane, Vice Chairman of Bank of America, will receive the Carnegie Hall Medal of Excellence at a gala benefit on Wednesday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. at The Plaza.

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra USA presents a sensational evening of Broadway and holiday music on December 11 and 12, featuring Tony-nominated singer-actress Liz Callaway.

On Monday, December 13, at 8:00pm ET, Emmy and Tony Award–winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth will ring in the holiday season at the Metropolitan Opera with a one-night-only concert, Kristin Chenoweth: Christmas at the Met.

ONE MORE FOR THE ROAD, the award-winning authentic reenactment concert honoring the music of Frank Sinatra and starring Bob Anderson, a singer, actor, and the number one singing impressionist in the world, will play in the Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall for one-night-only, on the eve of Sinatra's 106th birthday, Saturday, December 11 at 7:00 PM. 

ArtsRock will bring Broadway to Nyack with music from Fiddler on the Roof, played by renowned violinist Kelly Hall-Tompkins and friends, hosted by WQXR’s Elliott Forrest. Ms. Hall-Tompkins has played world-wide with nearly every orchestra and was the Fiddler violin soloist in the most recent Grammy and Tony-nominated Broadway production for a year.

Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater have announced its upcoming jazz programming, running November 1 - November 14. 

November brings Sarasota Orchestra to the Van Wezel for its first Masterworks program since March 2020. The Orchestra also presents its third Chamber Soirée.

Broadway favorite Kristin Chenoweth will soon walk down the aisle! According to Vogue, the stage and screen star is engaged to musician Josh Bryant, who proposed at the Rainbow Room earlier this week. The couple met in 2016 and started dating in 2018.

 The Orchestra Now will give its first Carnegie Hall concert of the season on Thursday, November 18 at 7 pm. The concert features the world premiere of award-winning composer Scott Wheeler’s Birds of America performed by renowned violinist Gil Shaham, and more.

On Friday, November 12, 2021, at 11am PT the Telegraph Quartet, winner of the 2016 Naumburg Chamber Music Award, will perform on Live from Vienna and San Francisco: A Musical Call for Climate Action, presented by The ClimateMusic Project and Friday Nights with Yury Revich.

Acclaimed violinist Leonidas Kavakos will launch his Carnegie Hall Perspectives series this fall, three concerts that showcase his matchless technique, captivating artistry, and superb musicianship presented throughout the 2021–2022 season.

With the COVID epidemic still sadly raging, 2021 will not allow for CMN to produce more than a single in-person event, but the organization will continue an unbroken tradition of consistency with a 2021 season consisting of six free, digitally streaming and live events in October and November.
