12-time Tony Award-nominated, 'A Little Night Music' made a decided splash at the Greenway Court Theatre with the highlight of being a non-traditionally gender cast production. 

Scott Siegel has done it again: a night of trivia, music, and first-rate entertainers paid tribute to the late Marilyn Bergman last night at 54 Below.

The recent passing of the talented, versatile, dynamic Calvin Remsberg has left a very wide and deep loss to all who have known and loved him. As well as to those who have worked and studied with him. Calvin’s accomplishments are not only many but varied and fascinating. His humor and creative insights were also a major element in all he did. He was a true friend to all and fiercely loyal to the professional ethics he learned from his amazing career.

A Los Angeles theatre community favorite Ryan O'Connor dons his directorial hat for A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, opening at Greenway Court Theatre February 4th. I had the chance to question Ryan on A LITTLE behind-the-scenes of NIGHT MUSIC, his pandemic past times and his various ties with the L.A. theatre scene.

Irish Repertory Theatre has announced its 2022 Gala concert, A Tribute to Our Pal: The Musicals of Harold Prince, which will take place at The Town Hall (123 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036) on Monday June 13, 2022, at 7pm.

Acclaimed actor Davis Gaines, who has performed the title role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera over 2,000 times, will be featured in Orlando Shakes' next production, The Fantasticks, which runs February 2-26.

BroadwayHD is bringing a diverse roster of programming to their site this month.  Starting February 1, movie musical classics Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, which was nominated for five Academy Awards® including 'Best Picture,” and Man of La Mancha starring Peter O’Toole and Sophia Loren, will join the service. 

An extension to booking has been announced for the Olivier award-winning production of Mary Poppins with tickets now on sale until 10 July 2022 at the Prince Edward Theatre. 

FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will welcome Emmy and Tony Award® nominee Liz Callaway back to the 54 stage this March. This Broadway and cabaret star will debut a new show To Steve With Love: Liz Callaway Celebrates Sondheim, honoring the legacy of Stephen Sondheim on March 23-26 at 7pm. Tickets start at $65.

On December 22 (9pm on CBS), five Honorees will receive the 44th Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime artistic achievements. Plenty of Broadway babies have been honored at past ceremonies and the best of Broadway makes the trip to DC to tribute them. Check out just a few of our favorites.

For three already sold-out performances, Broadway star Michele McConnell will appear with the Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus (PSGMC), in the chorus's holiday show, SPARKLE, TWINKLE, JINGLE!, at the Palm Springs Art Museum's Annenberg Theater. Performances will take place Friday and Saturday, December 10th & 11th at 7 p.m., and Sunday, December 12th at 3 p.m.

 A Little Night Music, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by Hugh Wheeler, will be presented in as part of Barrington Stage Company's 2022 season.
