Theatre By The Sea's 85th Celebration Begins With AIN'T MISBEHAVIN' On Today

In celebration of 85 Years of Theatre By The Sea, owner and producer Bill Hanney is proud to announce the opening of the 2018 Summer Season. The season begins with the toe tappin' Tony Award-winner for Best Musical, Ain't Misbehavin' which will be presented from May 30 - June 17, 2018.

As the UK premiere of Spamilton: An American Parody goes on sale to the public, the Menier Chocolate Factory announce a brand new pricing policy across the season - tickets will be available for all performances of Spamilton, and The Gronholm Method from just £19.50. These tickets go on sale at 9am on 16 May, and are available to everyone to enable work at the company's home to be accessible to all.

Lauren Molina and Michele Ragusa Join Cast of THE MUSICAL OF MUSICALS (THE CONCERT!); Performance Added

Due to popular demand, The York Theatre Company announces the release of a limited number of tickets for the dress rehearsal of the special Spring Gala Celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Off-Broadway hit The Musical of Musicals (The Musical!). Joining the cast of eight is Lauren Molina who replaces the previously announced Alli Mauzey, and Michelle Ragusa.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Evans Haile, Executive Director), dedicated to the development of new musicals and the preservation of musical gems from the past, has announced the cast of the 1961 Broadway musical Subways Are for Sleeping with music by Jule Styne and book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, the final show in the Winter 2018 Musicals in Mufti Series celebrating the work of the legendary composer Jule Styne. Performances are set to begin Saturday afternoon, February 24, 2018 for 11 performances only through Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). Opening Night is Sunday evening, February 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
