At the GREMLINS: THE WILD BATCH panel at San Diego Comic-Con, Max let loose a flurry of exciting casting announcements for the second season of the hit animated prequel series, including news that Simu Liu will join the main cast, and John Glover – star of the “Gremlins” film sequel – will return to the franchise as a guest voice.
GREMLINS: THE WILD BATCH follows Gizmo, Sam, and Elle as they travel from their home in Shanghai to San Francisco, bringing even more magic, mystery and Mogwai mayhem. Hot on the trail of a new brood of evil Mogwai, our heroes journey deep into the American West, coming up against new supernatural creatures and picking up a few mysterious characters along the way.
The series features Emmy Award winner Rhea Perlman (“Barbie”) as “Margie,” Tony Award winner Phylicia Rashad (“A Raisin in the Sun”) as “Georgia Snitker,” and Robert Englund (“A Nightmare on Elm Street”) as “Cornelius.” Watch the video trailer now!

Nickelodeon has ordered an additional six episodes of its remotely produced talk show Group Chat and seven episodes of its game show Nickelodeon's Unfiltered.
Nickelodeon has picked up an additional 13 episodes of '90s icon All That, bringing its first season total to 26 episodes. Also announced today, is new cast member Aria Brooks from Atlanta, Ga., who is joining the show's talented and diverse cast of comedians. New episodes of All That air on Saturdays at 8:30 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.
