The World Premiere production of Steven Carl McCasland's The Halls Of Importance will appear in New York's Venus/Adonis Theater Festival in early 2016. The play will be presented at New York's Hudson Guild Theater on Tuesday, February 2nd at 6:15pm, Saturday, February 6th at 8:30pm and Sunday, February 7th at 1:00pm.

Following critically acclaimed workshop presentations, McCasland's plays will return to NYC in a month-long festival celebrating the young playwright. Together with The Clarion Theatre, they'll present six plays beginning on May 6th, 2015, with a company of actors performing in repertory. Beautiful Soup's previously announced festival of plays by Steven Carl McCasland has announced the newest members of their repertory company.

The Gallery Players of Park Slope, Brooklyn are hosting the 16th Annual Black Box New Play Festival. The Festival premieres 14 new plays, varying from 10 minute to full length productions, over the course of four weekends. Each weekend will contain a different program of plays, beginning May 30th and running to June 23rd. Performances will take place at 8:00pm on Thursday, Today and Saturday, as well as 3:00pm on Sunday.

All proceeds from this one-night-only concert will be Beautiful Soup's revival of the Strouse, Schwartz and Stein musical Rags.
