Pittsburgh Playhouse Spring Virtual Season Announced

Point Park University's Pittsburgh Playhouse plans to continue to offer one-of-a-kind virtual productions this coming spring with the continuation of Here. Now. Next!, building on the wildly inventive body of productions this fall. The spring will include bold and provocative theatre and dance productions, the popular Dance Speaker Series, and a reimagined Media Innovators Workshop & Speaker Series. The dance productions are generously sponsored by UPMC.

The Coronet Theatre Announces A New Season And A New Name

Full Cast Announced For The World Première Of APPROACHING EMPTY

Kiln Theatre, Tamasha and Live Theatre today announce the full cast for the world premiere of Ishy Din's Approaching Empty in a first-time creative collaboration for the three companies. Pooja Ghai directs Kammy Darweish (Mansha), Rina Fatania (Sameena), Karan Gill (Shazad), Nicholas Khan (Raf), Nicholas Prasad (Sully) and Maanuv Thiara (Tany). The production opens at Kiln Theatre on 14 January, with previews from 9 January, and runs until 2 February. Following performances at Kiln Theatre, the production tours to Live Theatre, Newcastle; Tron Theatre, Glasgow; Assembly Roxy, Edinburgh; Derby Theatre; Belgrade Theatre, Coventry; Curve, Leicester; Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch, and Coliseum Theatre, Oldham.

Timothy Watson Joins Tessa Peake-Jones And Aden Gillett As New Casting Is Announced For UK Tour of THE WINSLOW BOY

Timothy Watson, best known for his role as the villainous Rob Titchener in BBC Radio 4's long-running dramatic favourite The Archers is today confirmed to join the cast of The Winslow Boy which opens at Chichester Festival Theatre on February 8th 2018 before touring to the country's most prestigious drama houses including Birmingham Rep, Bath Theatre Royal, Oxford Playhouse, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Salford Lowry, Cheltenham Everyman Theatre, Brighton Theatre Royal, Belfast Grand Opera House, Richmond Theatre and Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre.

ANW Announces Pay What You Can Performance of MRS. WARREN'S PROFESSION

A Noise Within (ANW) presents the third production of its 26th season, Mrs. Warren's Profession by George Bernard Shaw, directed by Michael Michetti, performing October 8 through November 18, 2017 (Press Opening October 14). Judith Scott, known for her role as Claudia Crane on the current FX series Snowfall, makes her ANW debut as the titular Kitty Warren. A special Pay-What-You-Can performance has been announced for Thursday, October 12 at 7:30 pm.
