Three-time Emmy Award® nominee, producer, director and writer Elizabeth Banks has joined the extraordinary cast for Mrs. America, a nine-episode limited series that will premiere on FX in 2020.

AT&T announced today the second round of speakers for AT&T* SHAPE, a two-day immersive event exploring the convergence of technology and entertainment on June 22-23, 2019 at Warner Bros. in Los Angeles, CA.

Following one of the biggest nights and most dramatic dates of the season on “The Bachelorette,” airing TUESDAY, JUNE 11 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT), ABC will give viewers a special early premiere of the iconic game show “Press Your Luck” (10:01-11:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand. Hosted by Elizabeth Banks, “Press Your Luck” is a game of wits, strategy and even higher stakes as contestants try to avoid the iconic and devilish WHAMMY for a chance at life-changing cash and prizes. “Press Your Luck” will continue with an all-new episode in its regularly scheduled time slot the following night, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12 (8:00–9:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.

Rom Com Fest, a new Los Angeles based film festival which celebrates love through film and experiences, announced the lineup for its inaugural festival which will take place June 20-23, 2019. The lineup includes special themed screenings of iconic romantic comedies, as well as a competition lineup of new romantic comedies, and a number of unique themed events and activities. The program was announced today by the festival's Founder and Executive Director Miraya Berke.

Today the 34th Santa Barbara International Film Festival announced its recipients for the Virtuosos Award presented by UGG, an honor created to recognize a select group of talent whose noteworthy performances in film have elevated them into the national cinematic dialogue. Yalitza Aparicio (Roma) Sam Elliott (A Star is Born), Elsie Fisher (Eighth Grade) Claire Foy (First Man), Richard E. Grant (Can You Ever Forgive Me?), Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie (Leave No Trace), John David Washington(BlacKkKlansman) and Steven Yeun (Burning) will receive the award on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at The Arlington Theatre.
