Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw, under the leadership of Artistic Director David Staller, presents its 108th concert presentation of Shaw's whimsical Irish play, John Bull's Other Island on Monday, November 23 at 7pm, at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2537 Broadway at 95th Street).

59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) is thrilled to welcome SONGBIRD, written by Michael Kimmel, with music & lyrics by Lauren Pritchard, and directed by JV Mercanti. Produced by Allison Bressi and Diana Buckhantz by special association with Less Than Rent Theatre for the 5A Season, SONGBIRD begins performances on Tuesday, October 20 for a limited engagement through Sunday, November 29. Opening Night is Wednesday, October 28 at 7 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7 PM; Friday at 8 PM; Saturday at 2 PM & 8 PM; and Sunday at 3 PM. The original cast and band of Sting's musical The Last Ship reunited on the 54 Below stage earlier this week to celebrate their run with an eclectic evening themed around seafaring songs. THE LAST SHIP played its final performance on Broadway on Saturday, January 24, but fans still have another chance to catch the cast in action. Tonight, March 2 (9:30PM), they will reunite at 54 Below for 'Songs in the Quay of Life: THE LAST SHIP Company in Concert.' The original cast and band will celebrate their run with an eclectic evening themed around seafaring songs. Proceeds will go to support Wallsend Boys Club in the north of England, which was founded by shipbuilders.
