A host of Broadway, television, and recording artists will join songwriting team Jeff Thomson and Jeremy Desmon in concert on May 27th at 9:30 PM at 54 Below (254 W 54th St, New York, NY 10019).
Broadway Sessions recently celebrated the music of award winning composing team Thomson and Desmon. Jeffrey Thomson and Jeremy Desmon are responsible for musicals One Hit Wonder, The Oliver Experiment, Pump Up the Volume and the highly anticipated Nancy Drew. Wonderful writers tend to have some wonderful friends who tend to want to get their hands on their music! And that's a very good thing.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday night, March 1st, Broadway Sessions welcomes and all star cast to sing the music of award winning musical theatre composers Thomson and Desmon.
Opening The Dare Tactics 4th Season, Forget Me Not, music by Joey Contreras, book and lyrics by Kate Thomas, tells the story of a remote coastal town where a whale washes ashore and brings a burst of attention back to the struggling community.
The Skivvies are Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley, award-winning NYC actor/musicians doing stripped down versions of eclectic covers and comedic, genre-hopping mashups. Not only are the arrangements stripped down - cello, ukulele, glockenspiel, melodica - but the Skivvies literally strip down to their underwear to perform. Back by popular demand, the duo appeared at Feinstein's/54 Below for two shows on January 14th and 20th.
The New York Society Library presents a new chamber musical based on Euripides' The Trojan Women on Monday, January 22, at 6pm. With libretto by Ellen McLaughlin and music by Sarah Taylor Ellis, The Trojan Women will be directed by Rachel Dickstein and music directed by Mila Henry.

Sleigh My Name is a new holiday special that the Skivvies put together. This performance came to Joe's Pub December 10th and 11th and featured Jay Armstrong Johnson, Matt Doyle, Nick Adams, Lindsay Nicole Chambers, Michael Cerveris, Kimberly Kaye, Erik Altemus, Peter Saide, Russell Mernaugh, Emma Degerstedt, Diana Huey and Lulu Fall.
