A new block of tickets for Broadway's TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL is now on sale for performances through Sunday, November 20, 2022.

NaTasha Yvette Williams will assume the role of “Zelma” beginning Friday, February 4, 2022 in the smash hit TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL at Broadway’s Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street).

Nick Rashad Burroughs has been seen on Broadway in Kinky Boots and King Kong and in the National Tour of Something  Rotten!. His EP “Groove Machine” featuring the Pop Smash Radio Award-nominated single “Tonight” is available on all  music platforms.

Crux and Blair Russell Productions announce the Black Imagination Series, an exploration of live performance in Virtual Reality. The first-of-its-kind series will premiere with an event in AltspaceVR on Thursday, October 1st.

She is presented with the chance-of-a-lifetime when winning a nation-wide essay contest to be the new writer of the final book in a beloved series left incomplete by the death of the author. However, Jay's 'dream ending' of the story is threatened when she has to collaborate with an additional, surprise contest winner. Set in the American Midwest, Jay and the Contest explores what it means to make it out of our hometown, no matter the consequences.

The North American tour of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning hit musical Beautiful- The Carole King Musical welcomes Dylan S. Wallach (Gerry Goffin) and Alison Whitehurst (Cynthia Weil). The two artists join Sarah Bockel (Carole King), Jacob Heimer (Barry Mann), James Clow (Don Kirshner) and Suzanne Grodner (Genie Klein). Beautiful - The Carole King Musical will return to St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on March 12, 2019 for a limited engagement through March 17, 2019.

There is a reason bio-musicals and jukebox tales are so popular. There is a nostalgia and comfort in knowing the music and the people that allows an audience to give themselves over to the magic of theatre. I've found audiences more susceptible to suspension of disbelief if there is an element of the familiar - like an historical figure or famous artist. It then becomes the task of the production to take that malleable group and create a story with meaning.
