TIME STANDS STILL is the story of Sarah, a photojournalist injured while covering the war in Iraq, and her boyfriend, James, a foreign correspondent who had left Iraq prior to Sarah's accident. We meet them shortly after Sarah's return from a hospital in Germany, and we quickly learn that there was a lot more than physical damage done abroad.

Through movement and music, Broken Box Mime Theater performs a set of fresh original narratives that explore what is above, what is below, and how we find ourselves in the here and now. Inspired by place and perspective, and set to contemporary music mixed live by DJ Christopher Ross, ABOVE BELOW will begin performances at HERE Arts Center (145 6th Avenue) on October 2, 2015, and run through October 25, 2015.
