La Jolla Playhouse announces the cast and creative team for its west coast premiere production of QUEENS, by Martyna Majok, winner of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for her play Cost of Living. Directed by Carey Perloff(Playhouse's The Orphan of Zhao), the show runs July 3 - 29 in the Playhouse's Sheila and Hughes Potiker Theatre.

A sorceress, and sequins, and spirits - oh my! THE TEMPEST playing through July 22nd at The Old Globe Festival Theatre plays up the theatricality for a wonderful night under the stars.

The Wanderers will run April 6 - May 6, 2018 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Tickets start at $30.00 and are on sale to the general public now. Previews run April 6-12. Opening night is Friday, April 13 at 8:00 p.m.

Punchdrunk International and co-producers SMG Live have announced that their production of Sleep No More in Shanghai will now run until 12 August 2017. The company marked a major milestone recently with their 100th performance on Wednesday 3 May.  A special celebration took place where audience members were treated to a one-off cabaret night after the show. In-demand director Stafford Arima (Broadway's Allegiance, Off Broadway's Altar Boyz, West End's Ragtime) returns to the Globe, following Allegiance and Ace, to helm the award-winning drama, which runs now through April 30, 2017 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage of the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center.
