The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey is currently presenting 'Curious George-The Golden Meatball' through March 31.This exciting show for the whole family is directed by the Theatre's Audience Development Director, Danny Campos. Broadwayworld.com had the opportunity to ask a few questions of the show's stars.

The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey, located in the Historic Palace Theatre in Netcong presents the musical production of CURIOUS GEORGE: THE GOLDEN MEATBALL.  The show runs March 15th through 31st with performances Saturdays and Sundays at 4:00 PM and a special Opening Night Performance, March 15th at 7:30PM followed by a post-show reception.  Featuring Music by John Kavanaugh and Book & Lyrics by Jeremy Desmon, this production is directed by Danny Campos, TGS Theatre Artist and Audience Development Director with Musical Direction by Stephen Fox and Choreography by Jillian Petrie.

The Growing Stage has two upcoming world premiere shows. 'John Henry' will be on the Netcong Stage from February 8 to February 10 and 'A Better Place to Be' will be performed from February 15 to February 17. We had the pleasure of interviewing Stephen Fredericks, the Theatre's Founder and Executive Director about the new shows.

This holiday season, three-time Grammy-nominated musician, Brady Rymer, will return home to Northern New Jersey to perform shows for kids, families, and "grown-ups" alike. On Saturday, December 22 at 11 a.m., Rymer and his Little Band That Could will perform a holiday show at The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey.

'Babes in Toyland' is now showing at the Growing Stage Theatre in Netcong, NJ through December 16th. It's a wonderful production with something for kids of all ages.

The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey kicks off the holiday season with its original musical production of 'Babes in Toyland' from November 23 to December 16.The show was conceived by the company's Founder and Executive Director, Stephen L. Fredericks. TGS Artist-in-Residence, Perry Arthur Kroeger wrote the adaptation and song lyrics that are set to Victor Hugo's music. It is directed by Lori B. Lawrence, with musical direction by Stephen Fox, and choreography by Jillian Petrie.

As summer goes into full swing, The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of NJ in Netcong has their exciting Summer Arts Day Camp for children from Kindergarten through the 8th Grade starting on July 9. Lori B. Lawrence is the Director of Educational Programming for The Growing Stage that includes the theatre's Summer Arts Day Camp, Fall & Winter Classes, and their Broadway Workshop Series.

Boy Sees Flying Saucer, a world premiere new play is now being performed at The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey through Sunday, March 25. Written by Mike Czuba, the show is based on the true and original story Brian Dorscht. It enjoys inspired direction by Danny Campos and features a cast of thespians that make this dynamic production pure pleasure.
